Today is my first day back on my healthy lifestyle plan. This past month I have been lazy. Playing the Mom card, it’s too hot to hit the trail, I am tired and the list of excuses are endless. I am getting back into action again. I still have my goal that I’m eager to accomplish.
Food For Thought: Going on my lean protein meal plan. Eating 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. Oatmeal, Organic Chicken, Spinach, Beans and anything else that is considered as a veggie will be part of my 3 main meals. Kale Popcorn, Smoothies, Protein Shakes, Rice Cakes or Fruit will be designated snacks.
Hydrate Hydrate Hydrate!!!! Why do I keep forgetting to drink water? Our bodies are made up of mostly water, so why do we suck at replenishing?
I am defined as a “Mom on the Go.” It is so hard to work out but I have to MAKE IT HAPPEN!! When Kiddo is watching Beauty and the Beast I will be crunching it. Put the kiddo in the stroller and hitting the trails at the park – Even if it’s 95 degrees out. Doing squats and taking the stairs at work. Trying to attempt the plank (which i super suck at it but it’s a challenge).
These are my goals and I am going to try to stick with them! NO EXCUSES!!!
